Professional Coaching Ethics Class
Service Description
These live group classes are a core part of the Professional Coaching Ethics Certification. Each class is designed to expand on the weekly module, provide real-world case studies, and give students the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussions with instructors. What to Expect: Live Instruction: Deep dives into key ethics topics such as boundaries, confidentiality, scope of practice, cultural awareness, and spiritual ethics. Case Study Discussions: Analyze real-world scenarios and practice ethical decision-making. Interactive Q&A: Ask questions directly to instructors and clarify module concepts. Preparation for Practicum: Learn what to expect in supervised sessions and how to apply theory to live coaching. Attendance Policy: Each student must attend at least one live group class during their 16-week course. Participation is strongly encouraged to enhance learning and demonstrate engagement. Classes are recorded when possible, but live attendance offers the greatest benefit. These sessions create a supportive learning environment where you can grow alongside peers, practice applying ethical frameworks, and prepare for your supervised practicum.

Cancellation Policy
*Booking & Rescheduling Policy* Rescheduling & Cancellations: Clients can reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time through their Wix account. (See Below How To Reschedule). Cancellations are not permitted. If a client cannot attend, they may request a reschedule by emailing us directly after the 24-hour window. (Exception within the 24h limits apply but are not guaranteed). All rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original booking. Payments are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments (when applicable). Late Arrivals & No-Shows: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. However, the session will still end at the original time, and the full fee applies. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show and canceled without a refund. (Exceptions may apply at the expert's discretion.) Confidentiality: All information shared remains strictly confidential, except in the following cases: Legal Requirement: If disclosure is mandated by law (e.g., court subpoena). Risk of Harm: If there is a concern for the safety of the client or others. Eligibility & Code of Conduct: Clients must be 18 years or older to book. Minors require a parent or guardian’s consent and presence during the session. Professional & respectful conduct is expected. Any disrespectful, abusive, or violent behavior, including attending a session under the influence of alcohol or drugs, will result in immediate session cancellation without a refund.
