Tanya has had the ability of being able to perceive the darkest shadows within people from a young age. This means that as a reflector, she is able to detect and sense the unconscious and hidden aspects of the collective. Over time, through various life experiences, educational pursuits, and guidance from trained experts, she has discovered methods to harness this ability not just for her own healing but also to assist others in dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, and profound fears. After integrating our shadow self, she assists in altering the thought patterns associated with past trauma through "redirecting " or "reprogramming".
