We’re excited to offer you a free 30-minute discovery call to learn more about your goals, answer your questions, and explore how our programs and support might align with your needs. This initial meeting will be held with Tanya. Occasionally, one or more team members may join the call (often with their cameras off) to quietly observe and get a sense of alignment. Since these calls are complimentary and held regularly, not all team members will be present each time. We appreciate your understanding as we keep the space focused and supportive. **Please check your junk mail if you have not received your email confirmation.** To ensure a smooth process for everyone, please read the following guidelines before requesting to book a meeting: Request to Book: Meetings are subject to approval. If we are unable to accommodate your requested time, this may be due to staff availability or other internal reasons. While we may not provide specific details, we will retain your email and notify you if we are able to reschedule at a later date. Cancellations & No-Shows: If you are unable to attend your scheduled meeting, you must provide a minimum of 12 hours’ notice via email. Failure to provide notice or not attending the meeting will result in losing eligibility to book another free meeting (limited exceptions may apply at our discretion). Respect for Time: Please ensure you are punctual for your scheduled meeting. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without notice, the meeting may be canceled, and it will be considered a no-show. Additional Notes: Free meetings are offered as a courtesy. We ask that all communication remain professional and aligned with the purpose of the meeting. Approval of a meeting request does not guarantee a position or partnership with our team. Meetings will be conducted via Zoom or another designated platform.
