Tanya has completed studies and training in counselling-informed therapeutics, psychology and transpersonal therapy. Due to her holistic and mystical approach she is a non-regulated therapist. She holds advanced training in Root Cause Therapy and is the creator of the Self-Projection Method™. With over a decade of expertise in psychological projection, emotional wellness, shadow work and personal development, she has authored multiple books, including a best-seller on self-projection, and has developed professional certification programs for wellness practitioners worldwide. She also is a Master Coach Certified (MCC), clinical hypnotherapist, business co-owner, and a Reiki Master.
