3 sessions package plan: 65$ per session. Full payment must be made upfront for all 3 sessions. ($195) You may book your sessions within a 6 week period. Recommended to book once a week (exceptions apply) Rescheduling is possible 24h before your booked appointments. Sessions 1: Basics of meditation, benefits, breathing techniques, mindfulness, what to expect... (guided meditation included) Session 2: Positions, sounds, consistency, self awareness, more advanced breathing techniques... (guided meditation included) Session 3: Silent Meditation practice, going beyond the body, how to practiced channeled meditations, intuitive body meditation... (guided meditation included) In your booking form please feel free to share anything that will help for your session. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR CONFIRMATION. Cancellation Policy

Tanya values each and every appointment. A 24h notice is required for rescheduling appointments. Clients are invited to either log into the -TanyaBeautyCoach Space App- and send Tanya a message, or email tanyabeautycoach.com to reschedule. The payment made is non-returnable, rescheduling only (exceptions may apply) Please note: The time of your appointment must be respected. A 15 min leeway can be given although please be advised, the cost and the end time will remain the same. After the 15 minutes, your appointment will result in a non-refundable cancellation
