Service Description

To ensure a good fit for your child, I provide a free consultation session. Please note the presence of the parents or the child's legal guardian is required. 5- 10 min talk with the parent (or LG) and 10 min talk with the child. In your booking form, please feel free to share anything that will help with your consultation session. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR CONFIRMATION (Check junk mail if you don't see it) You will receive an email confirmation and a 24h reminder. If you're unable to attend your booked app, you can reschedule up to 24h prior. AS THIS APPOINTMENT IS FREE, PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU FAIL TO SHOW UP WITHOUT GIVING AT LEAST 24H NOTICE, YOU WILL FORFEIT THE OPPORTUNITY TO BOOK ANOTHER FREE SESSION IN THE FUTURE.

Cancellation Policy

Tanya values each and every appointment. A 24h notice is required for rescheduling appointments. Clients are invited to either log into the -TanyaBeautyCoach Space App- and send Tanya a message, or email tanyabeautycoach.com to reschedule. The payment made is non-returnable, rescheduling only (exceptions may apply) Please note: The time of your appointment must be respected. A 15 min leeway can be given although please be advised, the cost and the end time will remain the same. After the 15 minutes, your appointment will result in a non-refundable cancellation
